Class Schedule: March 7 to April 25, 2025

Week 1 | March 7 | Heather

Basic Spinal Energy Series

This beginner friendly Kundalini yoga class focuses on spinal flexibility and energy flow.  The spine is the central channel for prana (life force), and keeping it strong and supple enhances vitality, mental clarity, and overall well being.  Through breathwork, movement, and meditation, this class will leave you feeling energized, aligned and deeply balanced.

Week 2 | March 14 | Jess

Grounding Into Presence

True balance begins with presence. In this session, we use breath-centric meditation and body awareness practices to anchor the mind into the Now. We bring awareness to mental turbulence and deepen the connection to inner stillness. Rest in a Tibetan singing bowl immersion, facilitating nervous system regulation and profound calm.

Week 3 | March 21 | Heather

Kriya for Immune Strengthening

Strengthen your immune system and elevate your vitality with this Kundalini Yoga class focused on strengthening your immune system.  Through dynamic movement, breathwork, and meditation this kriya stimulates the body’s natural defenses, increases circulation, and removes energetic blockages that can contribute to illness.

Week 4 | March 28 | Jess

Returning to the Frequency of Love

Elevating your emotional state is key to lasting inner bliss. Shift your vibrational set point through this guided heart-centered meditation. Using gratitude and elevated emotions as tools, learn to expand into a state of receptivity and effortless joy. Sound therapy and soft chanting will bring our hearts into connection with Self and others.

Week 5 | April 4 | Heather

Kriya for Elevation

Awaken your energy and uplift your spirit with this class designed to elevate your body, mind and soul.  This powerful kriya works on the entire system - strengthening your spine, balancing your chakras, and expanding awareness - leaving you feeling light, energized and deeply connected.

Week 6 | April 11 | Jess

Rewiring the Mind for Bliss

Transformation begins in the mind. Shift into an expanded awareness where new possibilities emerge and limiting beliefs fall away. Bring awareness to patterning of the mind that might keep you stuck and move into a state of embodied awareness, while enjoying the healing frequencies of the Tibetan singing bowls.

Week 7 | April 18 | Heather

Awaken to Your Ten Bodies

You are more than just your physical body - Kundalini practice involves 10 energetic bodies that shape your health, emotions, and spiritual awareness.  This class will awaken and balance these bodies, aligning with your highest self and experience a greater sense of wholeness.

Week 8 | April 25 | Jess

The Energy of Alignment

This final session integrates the principles of the previous classes, guiding you into a state of surrender and deep alignment with universal intelligence. Through a seamless blend of stillness, intention, and vibrational sound healing, you will experience a meditative state where balance is no longer something to seek but a natural way of being.
